3.13.4 Heavy Letter Mail Heavy letter mail (barcoded letter-size mail weighing more than 3 ounces) must have a barcode in the address block (see 202.5.0, Barcode Placement) and must be prepared in a sealed envelope. Heavy letter mail may neither contain stiff enclosures nor be prepared as a self-mailer or booklet-type mailpiece. |
